KA International HQ “Space Garden” Project (2019)
KA International, a school for returnees in Tokyo, asked me to paint the recreational basement of their HQ, the “Space Garden”. This is what I came up with: a psychedelic festive fusion of nature and artificial structures, light and darkness, with many cosmic references hidden in the motifs. I also used fluorescent paints on particular spots so they glow under black light and turn the room into a mysterious space disco.
KA International 株式会社 東京本社にて、地下にあるレクレーションルーム「Space Garden」の壁画を手がけました。この空間をよりSpace Gardenらしくすべく、宇宙をテーマに、光と闇、自然と人工物、の対比をサイケデリックに描いています。ブラックライトで光るよう蛍光塗料を併用し、ディスコな雰囲気も演出しました。
